IKLET started in 2011 as a one-truck carpentry shop in the Mission. Thirteen years later we're nine crew, two workshops, and one stubborn rule: we don't leave a site until it looks better than the brochure.
Why we clean what we build
We added the cleaning crew because we kept walking back into our own finished projects and seeing drywall dust on the baseboards. Now the same lead who scopes the build also walks the final clean. One signature on the door.
What we won't do
We turn down jobs we can't deliver on — period. No subcontracted shrugs, no rotating crews, no quote that grows after the deposit. If we say yes, we mean it through the punch list.
